■実施日：2026年9月22日（火・祝）スズキ勤務日
■開催地：栃木県佐野市「佐野市国際クリケット場」
■発着地：スズキ歴史館駐車場
　　　　※スズキ歴史館の駐車場への駐車は禁止です。社員駐車場をご利用下さい。
■定員：41名

 【旅程】2026年9月22日（火・祝）日帰り
　5：45　スズキ歴史館駐車場に集合　
　6：00　バス出発　道中にPA/SAで休憩
  11：00　佐野市国際クリケット場到着（開場11：00)
                 入場・観戦
   11：30～12：30　プレイベント(ステージで踊りや音楽など)
   12：15　コイントス
   12：50～55 日印両国国歌
   13：00～16：00　試合
   16：05～16：25　プレゼンテーション
   17：30  佐野市国際クリケット場出発、道中にPA/SAで休憩
   22：30  スズキ歴史館駐車場に到着、解散

【注意事項】
・道路事情や天候等により、行程及び時間が変更となる場合があります。
・主催者・選手・参加者等の都合により、プログラムが変わる場合があります。
・雨天の場合、親善試合は中止となりますが、本ツアーは催行します。
　（スタジアム見学などの内容が想定されますが、一般社団法人日本クリケット協会
　との調整内容によりますので、当日のご案内となります。）
・申し込み確定後のキャンセルは一切できませんので、予めご了承下さい。
・9月22日（火）はスズキ稼働日にあたりますので、有給休暇を取得することができる方にご参加頂けます。
・スズキ社員として、バス車内、クリケット場、その他行程での美化やマナーにご協力ください。
・本社員観戦ツアーは、次世代事業本部が自主的に運用するものです。円滑な進行にご協力をお願いいたします。
・頂いた個人情報は、スズキ生活協同組合による受付や代金の受領（給与控除）、スズキ株式会社次世代事業本部の本企画の自主運営、一般社団法人日本クリケット協会への協賛特典利用者登録、レクリエーション保険への加入登録を含む、本企画の実施に必要な目的のみに使用致します。

Suzuki Cup: Employees Viewing Tour for the Japan-India 75th Anniversary Cricket Match

Date: 22nd September, 2026 (Tuesday/Public Holiday) – A scheduled workday for our company

Venue: Sano International Cricket Ground (Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture)

Departure/Return Location: Suzuki Plaza (Rekishikan) parking Lot *Please do not park your vehicle at the Suzuki Plaza (Rekishikan) parking lot.

Capacity: 41 participants

Itinerary

Tuesday, 22^nd September, 2026 (Tuesday/Public Holiday) – Day-Trip

5:45 AM – Assembly at the Suzuki Plaza (Rekishikan) parking lot

6:00 AM – Bus departs; rest stops at highway service/parking areas en route

11:00 AM – Arrive at Sano International Cricket Ground (Gates open at 11:00 AM)

　Admission and match viewing

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Pre-event (stage performances including dance and music)

12:15 PM – Coin toss

12:50 PM – 12:55 PM – National anthems of Japan and India

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Match

4:05 PM – 4:25 PM – Presentation ceremony

5:30 PM – Depart Sano International Cricket Ground; rest stops at highway Service/parking areas en route

10:30 PM – Arrive at Suzuki Plaza (Rekishikan) parking lot, Dismissal

Tour Price: 13,650 JPY per person (tax included; same rate for adults and children).

Payment will be deducted in a lump sum from the October 15 (Thursday) payroll as a Suzuki Co-op account receivable.

Eligibility: Suzuki employees, MSIL employees seconded to Suzuki via intra-company transfer, and their family members (co-habiting relatives within the second degree of kinship).

Capacity: 41 participants.

Meals: No meals included (breakfast, lunch, or dinner). *Please bring your own or purchase them along the way.

Tour Escort: None (two members from the Next-Generation Business vertical will accompany the group as points of contact).

Bus Company: Hamamatsu Bus (arranged by Suzuki Travel).

Insurance Company: Sompo Japan – Recreation Compensation Plan (arranged by Suzuki Business).

Included in Tour Price: Chartered bus fare, toll road fees, insurance premiums, and event tickets (Grandstand seating area; *General sale price: 10,000 JPY/seat; sold out immediately!).

Not Included in Tour Price: Round-trip transportation costs between your home and Suzuki Plaza (Rekishikan), meal costs, and other personal expenses.

Important Notes

The itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to traffic conditions, weather, or other factors.

The program is subject to change due to circumstances involving the organizers, players, participants, etc.

In the event of rain, the match will be cancelled; however, the tour will proceed with a modified program. (While activities such as a stadium tour are anticipated, the final details depend on coordination with the Japan Cricket Association; therefore, the schedule will be announced on the day of the event.)

Cancellations are not accepted once your registration is confirmed.

As 22^nd September (Tuesday) is a scheduled workday for our company, participation is limited to those who are able to take paid leave.

As Suzuki employees, please cooperate in maintaining cleanliness and observing proper etiquette while on the bus, at the cricket ground, and throughout the tour.

This employee viewing tour is operated on a voluntary basis by the Next-Generation Business Division. We ask for your cooperation in ensuring the event runs smoothly.

 The personal information provided will be used for purposes necessary to operate this day-trip, including application processing and payment collection by Suzuki Co-op,  voluntary operation of this day-trip by the Next Generation Business of Suzuki Motor Corporation, registration of sponsorship benefit ticket users with the Japan Cricket Association, and registration for recreational insurance.
